With so much uncertainty in the world, we have worked hard to create an environment of certainty for our pet owners and their pets. In today’s environment, Being Healthy is paramount and top-of-mind, but for us, being healthy has always been top-of-mind… just from the standpoint of pets.

We now extend our responsibility to uphold Being Healthy one step further as we work to ensure our pet owners stay healthy as well. Here are the three things we want you to know:

1)      We are open, and here for you. Veterinary Medicine is essential. We are providing urgent services at this time to ensure that any ill pets are taken care of, and any necessary preventive measures that minimize risk, are undertaken. We utilize curbside protocols for when you do need to visit us but have also set up 2 services to ensure COVID-19 doesn’t stand between us and our ability to help you and your pets.

2)      We now offer telehealth services! People don’t necessarily understand telemedicine for pets but really all you need to know is that we can help you from the comfort of your own home. Through video calls, telephone calls and text messaging, we offer affordable support that will keep you safe, while being able to ensure your pet is healthy. Don’t hesitate to reach out – we have a veterinarian standing by!

3)      We opened a webstore! Not only do we now sell our pet foods and treats online, we have added some retail items like collars, leashes and toys! So, if your pet has been especially good, why not go for some socially distanced retail therapy and surprise them with something fun! You can order 24/7 online and have the items delivered right to your door. If that were not enough, you can set up an auto-order for food so that you never run out again – and as an added bonus, we’ll give you 5-10% off for doing so.
